Pr Sam Surrendran

Senior Pastor, EPCC Penang

Ps Sam telah melayani sepenuh masa dalam pelayanan Kristian selama 27 tahun, melayani dalam Muda-Mudi, Pujian & Penyembahan dalam sidang BM dan kepimpinan gereja pastoral. Beliau pernah menjadi pensyarah di Kolej Damansara Utama (Pulau Pinang), dan pada masa yang sama juga beliau menjadi perintis Excel Point Community Church (EPCC).

Memulakan pekerjaan dengan iman dengan hanya 3 orang jemaat pada tahun 1997, kini EPCC telah berkembang kepada lebih 1300 orang jemaat. Pastor Sam memegang Ijazah Sarjana Muda Sains dari Universiti Southwestern Assemblies of God (Texas) dan beliau menamatkan pengajian dalam Diploma Latihan Teologia dan Diploma Lanjutan di Christ For the Nations Institute (Dallas, Texas), Amerika. Beliau juga menamatkan pengajian dalam Sarjana Sastera dalam Pengajian Kepimpinan Pastoral di Malaysia Baptist Theological Seminary (Pulau Pinang).

Beliau menulis sebuah buku bertajuk “Found In Christ” dan telah menulis 9 Buku Saat Teduh yang berasaskan Alkitab dan dua Buku Panduan Pemuridan. Beliau berkahwin dengan saudari Susie Tan selama 20 tahun, dan mereka memiliki dua orang anak, Jeremy Sean dan Ashley May.

Pr Daniel Tan

Senior Pastor of SIBLife Church

Daniel started out his career in IT with HSBC. Then he ventured into IT consulting and training and once he managed the IT department of a financial planning corporation. Having a passion to develop people, he then joined the Malaysia’s setup of TMI Consultancy, a global franchise training and consulting corporation, as an Associate Consultant.

After 9 years of career in the corporate, in January 2006, Daniel joined the SIBKL church pastoral team. In 2011, he became an Executive Pastor.

In obedience to God’s calling and a strong burden for Sarawak, Daniel and his wife, Ann moved on from SIBKL, and committed themselves for 3 years (2016 to 2018) to serve Sarawak as missionaries.

Passionate for the East Malaysians, they responded to the call of God, in August 2013, pioneered a Bahasa Malaysia speaking ministry to reach the East Malaysians residing in the Klang Valley. The ministry eventually has grown to be SIBLife Church with a congregation of 200 strong which they are now pastoring.

Daniel obtained his Associate Degree in Ministry from Harvest Bible College, Australia.

Ever since his corporate life, Daniel has been very involved in volunteering work especially in mentoring youths and helping the under-served community. While working as a Pastor, in 2010, he founded a social welfare organization, Persatuan Kebajikan Generasi Gemilang (PKGG), and in 2014 registered as a Foundation called Yayasan Generasi Gemilang. GG aspires to improve the lives of under-served children and families by increasing access to quality education.

Daniel has been nominated by the Prime Minister’s Office as an Everyday Malaysian Hero recognizing the dedication and work done through GG with the children, families and underserved communities; building towards sustainable community and national transformation. In 2017, he has won the award for the Malaysia’s Top 10 Most Empowering Young Community Champion, nominated and voted by tertiary students nationwide.

A coffee-lover, Daniel is happily married to Ann, who is a very gifted administrator. Ann loves to cook and Dan loves to eat. Perfect match!

Pastor Welidi Usat

Penyelaras PPP BEM Sarawak

Ps. Welidi adalah seorang pastor yang berasal dari Long Unai Belaga. Beliau telah melayani dalam pelayanan pemuda-pemudi selama 8 tahun sehingga sekarang. Beliau telah melayani di gereja setempat di BEM Pujut 3 Kayan sebagai Pastor Muda-mudi.

Pada Tahun 2017 beliau telah dilantik sebagai Penyelaras Pemuda Pemudi BEM Sarawak yang berpusat di Pusat BEM Sarawak, Miri. Beliau sudah berkahwin dengan saudari Arlene Ibau dan mempunyai dua orang anak.
